The problem

Our approach

Every ProfileOps score cites specific resume text. When we say your Impact score is low, we show you exactly which bullet is weak and why. When we suggest a rewrite, we only use facts already in your resume — no hallucinated skills, no generic advice.

We separate resume quality (Baseline mode) from job fit (Targeted mode). Competitors conflate these, causing confusion. We believe you deserve to know both.
